WHOLESALE INFORMATION Thank you for your interest in A Pet's World©. The one stop shopping supplier for the specialty pet retailer. As you can see, we offer pet clothing; pet carriers and dog totes; dog collars, harnesses and leashes; soft harnesses for dogs and more dog hair bows and barrettes than anyone! The items on this web site are only a representation of our capability. A Pet's World is the exclusive wholesale sales and marketing agent for Jakey BB--hand painted pet beds, toy boxes and leash hooks within the pet industry. We also represent Whitney Works unique Pet furniture, PetzOFF and "The Pet Plan and Pet Trust Guide" written by attorney Kimberly Colgate.
To View our Wholesale Collection On Line, please email us sales@apetsworld.com with the information listed below. Upon receipt of the information requested, we will e-mail back with a universal password to access the wholesale pricing. We will need to verify that you are a legitimate retail business within the pet industry. You may also register on the site as a new customer... Be sure to include your TAX ID # and Store Name. Once we are notified that you have registered, we can switch you to the Wholesale Pricing Tier.
- Tax or Business ID Number
- The names of 3 of your most important vendors. Do not include Food Suppliers, distributors, wholesalers or catalog companies. We need the Company/ Brand names of 3 lines that you purchase: Clothing, collar/harness & leash lines, toy companies, Pet Carrier companies or shampoo companies are acceptable.
If you choose to register on our site, please email us with the information requested above so we can adjust your pricing level to wholesale on this site.
EXISTING CUSTOMERS: We have recently merged the Wholesale Site into retail. This new site should allow you to view more photos and information on products, as well as MAP and MSRP. You will need to click the LOG IN button and use the universal password info or register as a new customer. To place an order on our secure site, you will need to register and notify us so we can switch you to the WS pricing tier. . We apologize for the inconvenience and realize no one wants another User name and password to remember. We suggest you use your primary business email address for the User Name/Email address and a password that is easy to remember. If you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. **If an item appears with a $0.00 Price, it means it is not available for Wholesale Purchasing.
Online Only Policy
All Online Only Accounts for A Pet's World and the brands we represent must be approved by A Pet's World. Use of images and/or copy is strictly prohibited without written approval for specific images. A Pet's World and Jakey BB Brand names and/or logos must be clearly shown in the copy if our copyrighted photos and/or copy are being used. Service Fees and shipping Fees also apply. MAP pricing must be followed. Sale of our products on Ebay, Amazon or any other similar site is strictly prohibited. Use of our photos on such sites is also prohibited and a complaint will automatically and immediately be registered with the host company to have your listing removed.
Wholesale MINIMUMS
Initial Order Minimum is $75.00 and the unit minimums vary for each classification:
- Collars + Harnesses = 3 pcs per style or color
- Dog clothing = 3 pcs per style/per color
- Hair Barrettes= 3 pcs per color or 1 dz assorted, unless otherwise specified
- Hair Elastics = 6 pcs per color or 1 dz. assorted
- Toys are prepacked 3-6 units per package. We do not break packages.
- Carriers and Totes = 2 pcs per style
***Orders that do not adhere to the wholesale minimums outlined will automatically be adjusted.
There is no $ minimum for reorders. However, hair accessory minimums do apply for reorders. Reorders/Special Orders < $50.00 will be charged a $5.00 service fee in addition to shipping fees.
A Pet's World SHIPPING: Domestic orders ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or Priority Mail depending on package weight and value. We do not use first class mail or parcel post because it can't be tracked. Orders to states/territories outside of the continental US ship via either Priority Mail or Express Mail. International orders ship via Global Express from the US Post Office unless otherwise specified. The retailer is responsible for all shipping charges. Retailers must select the wholesale shipping option during check out. An invoice will be emailed to you directly from Quick Books when your order ships. A copy of the invoice is also included with your shipment.
Wholesale PAYMENT TERMS: MasterCard and Visa ONLY. You must email, fax or phone us separately with your credit card information including the CVV Code so we can invoice you. Failure to do so will delay your order being shipped.
*Please note that we do not accept American Express or PayPal for wholesale orders. *We do not ship COD.
*We do not pack and hold.
*We do not ship on consignment.
*Absolutely no returns or credits without prior Written authorization. We are not responsible for packages returned without a written authorization. NO CREDIT will be given for unauthorized returns.
** Damages must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. If you receive a damaged box, you must keep the box for UPS inspection or the insurance is not valid.
Custom designs and private label programs are available for reasonable minimums-Minimums will vary depending on the factory and time of year:
- Custom embellished collar/harness designs 12 pcs per color per style...no min on matching leashes. E.g. 12 collars and/OR 12 harnesses in the design of your choice.
- Custom Toys approx 2000 units
- Custom sweater colors in styles we run in our line 175 pcs per color--2 color minimum
- Custom sweater styles--contingent on yarn minimums
- Custom coats---contingent on fabric minimums...custom fleece color 300 units.
50% deposit due before production order is placed. The balance is due before production leaves the factory. The Retailer is responsible for all shipping charges from overseas if product is not timed to come in with A Pet's World bulk deliveries, Plus shipping from our warehouse. *** A Non refundable design/development deposit will be required in advance and will be applied to bulk order.
